The much-awaited Prabhas film, Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire, which also features Malayalam star Prithviraj Sukumaran, was released on December 22. Prithviraj’s wife Supriya Menon shared a few behind the scene images with the actor. Menon took to Instagram to share a reel with a few images with Prabhas and Prithviraj. She also shared a post of her on the sets, with the actor.

“Beautiful throwback from Salaar shoot location with @actorprabhas garu & Tinnu Anand Sir and my amazing husband @therealprithvi!” she wrote as a caption for the reel. For the post, she wrote, “With my favourite Varada Raja Mannar! @therealprithvi ❤️ What an absolute joy it was to watch Salaar! Stellar performances all around and amazing music, art direction and cinematography to boot! Take a bow Prashanth Neel Sir, it is your world and we are just living in it!”

The movie written and directed by Prashanth Neel, also stars Shruti Haasan. It is released in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi. The movie seems to be doing well in the Hindi belt, as it grossed 30 crores in two days. Telugu actor Prabhas rose to become a pan-India star thanks to the mega success of Baahubali across the country. The actor then went on to do another pan-India film, Adipurush, which flaked at the box office.

Supriya Menon, a journalist and Prithviraj got married in 2011.
