Online trolls target Natasa Stankovic after news of her separation from Hardik Pandya

Serbian-origin model and actor Natasa Stankovic was targetted by online trolls after she announced that she and her husband Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya are separating.

Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic, in a joint statement on their official Instagram accounts, said after four years of being together, they decided to mutually part ways. “We tried our best together and gave it our all, and we believe this is in the best interest for both of us. This was a tough decision for us to make, given the joy, mutual respect and companionship we enjoyed together and as we grew a family,” they had said in their joint statement.

Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic got married on May 31, 2020, and welcomed their first child, son Agastya on July 30 of the same year. They had renewed their wedding vows in the presence of close friends and family on February 14, 2023 in Udaipur.

After the announcement was made, Natasa Stankovic faced much hate comments on X, as the comments section of the Instagram post of their divorce announcement was turned off. Some users claimed that the cricketer “deserves better.”

A user said she left India with her son and $13 million and that she can now live a “royal life at her home in Serbia without even doing anything.”

Several X users were found calling her a “gold digger.”

Natasa Stankovic, who is Serbian origin, is a model and actor based out of Mumbai. She made her debut in Bollywood films with the political drama Satyagraha, directed by Prakash Jha.
